Volunteer fire departments protect more than 70% of America’s communities — often with limited resources and tight budgets.
The Skybelle Foundation was created to change that. We support volunteer fire departments to reward EMT/Paramedics certifications for their firefighters — because better-trained first responders save more lives.
Through our program, fire chiefs register their departments, add their firefighters, and submit EMT/Paramedic certification records. After a firefighter remains active for two years, the Foundation pays them directly — $2,500 as a reward for their commitment.

How the Foundation Works
A simple four-step process from department registration to firefighter payout.
Step 01
Register Your Department
Fire chiefs create an account in the Skybelle Foundation portal — free, instant approval, no waiting.
Step 02
Add Your Firefighters
Add each firefighter’s name and details to your department roster through the online portal.
Step 03
Submit EMT Certification
Upload the firefighter’s EMT certification number and date. The two-year countdown begins immediately.
Step 04
Receive $2,500 Payout
After two years of active service, the firefighter receives a $2,500 direct payment from the Skybelle Foundation.
